What is your shipping policy?

We ship internationally, price of postage will be calculated at checkout when you enter your shipping address. 

DOMESTIC

Orders to the UK will be sent 1st Class signed for, and usually arrive next day. If you need something guaranteed next day, please contact us with your order number and we will try our best to get it to you as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL

We tend to say that international orders take 4-7 days depending on your country. We will send you an email confirmation with tracking once your item has been dispatched. 

 

Are your products all 100% authentic?

We only sell items that are 100% authentic and we have checked the authenticity of. Most of our stock comes directly from the brands or authorised retailers. 

How do I redeem my 10% voucher code?

Once you have signed up to the site and selected a membership plan. Please use the contact us tab with your name and email and we shall send you your unique discount code.

Do you offer free returns?

We do not offer free returns. We only accept returns if items are defected or there was a mix up with the order. We do not offer returns for items that do not fit, we recommend that you conduct your own research prior to purchasing. 

What do I do if I want to cancel my membership?

Memberships can be cancelled after the first month of service if you no longer wish to stay a member, please contact us 7 days before renewal to provide us with a notice period. Unfortunately, membership fees cannot be refunded during the month.
